How to See a Physical Therapist at Our Clinic

1. Schedule an appointment directly
   Massachusetts allows direct access, so you can book with us without a referral.

2. Obtain a referral if possible (recommended but not required)
   Ask your physician for a physical therapy “referral” or “script.” This confirms that PT would benefit your care.

3. Bring your referral to your visit, or your physician can fax it to us (fax number: 413-992-2134)
   Your referral can be used at any physical therapy clinic. You choose where to go, including our clinic. Think of a referral like a prescription. You can take it to the clinic of your choice.

4. Start your treatment
   Once scheduled, you’re ready to begin your personalized physical therapy care with us.
